1. Life Coaching

What is it? Coaching is a process designed to facilitate the enhancement of life experience and personal growth — helping you move closer to where you envisage yourself in the future. During the coaching process, the client is the expert and has the answers in terms of which path to take and how to move forward. As your coach, I help unlock your potential to bring clarity, empowerment and self-belief.

The Challenge Most people have a trusted friend, colleague or family member to turn to when important life decisions, challenges or thoughts need to be shared. But sometimes support from a more objective person is what's needed — someone who listens without agenda and helps you find your own way forward.

2. Resilience Coaching — Individual

What is it? Resilience has become a word we're all hearing more often. Most people define it as 'sticking at something' or being able to 'deal with tough situations.' My simple definition is Advancing Despite Adversity — because resilience isn't just about getting through hard times, it's about continuing to move forward in spite of them.

The Challenge There is strong evidence that anxiety levels are rising, especially amongst young people around the world. As anxiety increases, resilience decreases. While producing resilient young people is often written into the vision and mission of schools, the concept is rarely broken down into individual skills where specific goals can be set and progress measured.

Support Available I am an accredited Resilience Coach (CReC). Resilience building can be our sole focus, or it can be combined with life coaching — the client leads, and I support you to achieve your outcomes.

3. Executive Function Coaching

What is it? Executive Functions are a set of skills that act as the brain's 'management system.' They include:

  • Planning and Prioritising

  • Working Memory

  • Cognitive Flexibility

  • Self-Regulation

  • Organisation and Time Management

Most adults won't be experts in all of these, and growing numbers of young people are struggling with one or more in school and daily life.

The Challenge Students and young adults struggling with executive function skills can face significant challenges: difficulty controlling emotions, adapting to change, high stress levels and academic underachievement. Without targeted support, these challenges can compound over time.

There is meaningful overlap between executive function development and The PR6 Resilience Framework — which assesses and builds resilience across six domains. While not a specific executive function assessment, the PR6 will identify clear strengths and focus areas for improvement.
